Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Razorpay). The actual credit to your bank account or card may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We offer one-time size exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns above.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to reject the return and ship the product back to you at your cost.
