All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). All transactions are processed in INR.
Payment Security
Your payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay’s secure servers. We do not store your credit/debit card details, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
An on-screen order confirmation with your order number.
A confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment fails or is marked as pending:
The order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
Any amount debited for a failed transaction will be automatically refunded by Razorpay/your bank within 5–7 business days.
Do not attempt to pay again until you have confirmed that the original amount has been refunded or the transaction was not completed.
If money was debited but no order was confirmed, contact us at support@glitterwine.co with your transaction reference and we will investigate.
GST & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. A GST-compliant invoice will be included with your shipment and also available for download from your account.
