At Glitterwine, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. All orders are shipped within India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability is determined by Shiprocket’s courier network at the time of order placement. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details (AWB number and courier partner). You can track your order using:

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery pin code. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Alternatively, a refund will be issued after deducting the original and return shipping costs.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. Re-shipment charges will apply in such cases.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@glitterwine.co.
Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable), and a brief description.
We will coordinate with Shiprocket and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand to international destinations in the future. Please check back for updates.
