At Glitterwine, we strive to process and dispatch all luxury apparel orders as quickly as possible.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please immediately contact our support team at support@glitterwine.co with your Order ID. If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, we will initiate a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the items, you must wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our standard Refund & Returns Policy.
For successfully cancelled orders, the refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) depending on your bank’s processing times.
